YKFN, through Transamerica, provides its Associates a comprehensive list of available training and continuing education programs, and proven marketing support as their all essential passport to a highly successful career as licensed independent financial representatives and future financial services agency leaders.

Training

• Regional Directors provide training, support, and recruiting assistance to help you grow your business
• Discounted access to Licensed Coach Life and Health Certification Training, only $49, for those seeking State requirement for State Licensure Examination
• Free Use of LIMRA’s Career Profile Plus Assessment, normally $40 per assessment
• Internship, twin career and coaches program – over $1,000 paid out over eight weeks
• Career Program provides financing support – payout over a two year period could be over $30,000
• Industry education supported through the American College (LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, CFP reimbursed by Transamerica)
• As GAMA International’s first-ever platinum level partner in management growth, we offer access to all training and development programs, at no cost to you. In addition, we support GAMA membership and LAMP. In all, we invest $4,200 per manager, per year.

Marketing Support

• Dedicated sales and support team to help with illustrations, product questions and sales deals
• Access to marketing materials through Supply Fulfillment or Personalized Print Marketing, with no cost for design, and printing is subsidized at 50%
